Words blow across the screen. First viewer to type one takes it.

What it is

A word appears. Type it in chat — exactly, nothing else — and if you are first, it is yours. Then two words. Then three. Longer words are worth more, and every one of them is on a timer, so the storm is always taking something away from somebody.

There is no command and no sign-up, which makes it the easiest game on the site to drop into a stream cold. A viewer who has never watched you before can score in the four seconds it takes to read one word and type it back.

Storms run about twenty seconds, then a standings break, then it starts again. It works as a segment and it works as the thing on screen while you are setting up.

How your chat plays

• the wordJust type what you see. First correct one takes it.
• —That's the whole game. There is nothing else to learn.
