What it is
A boss rises out of the water and your chat is the raid. Every message lands a hit, so a viewer who has never seen the game before does damage by typing “lol”. Type !attack to swing properly, !heal to patch the shared health pool, and !block during the wind-up to soften what is coming.
The boss is not scenery. It telegraphs, it hits the whole room at once, and at low health it enrages and stops being polite about it. If the shared pool empties, the boss wins — and your chat gets to try again, angrier.
It is the opposite of a race: nobody is competing with anybody. The damage board tracks who contributed, but the only outcome that matters is whether the room killed it together.
