Something is broken
Tell us which game and what the connection badge in the corner of the overlay says. That badge shows each platform separately and usually narrows it down immediately.
Billing and refunds
You can cancel yourself any time from your account page — no notice period, and Pro stays on until the period you paid for ends. If something went wrong with a charge, email us within 14 days and read the refund section first.
Your data
To see, export or delete what we hold, email us. Viewers can ask too — you do not need an account, and you do not need to be the streamer. See the Privacy Policy.
Press, partnerships, everything else
