Straight answers

Do my viewers need an account?: No. Never. A viewer plays by typing one message in your chat — !join, a letter, !attack, the word on screen, or LEFT/RIGHT. There is nothing to install, nothing to sign up for, and we don’t create accounts for them behind the scenes.
Do I need an account?: Yes, one: you sign in with Twitch. That’s how we know which channel to read chat from, so you never have to type your channel name or paste a token. TikTok will work the same way once the relay ships — you will add your @username in the dashboard, with no TikTok login required.
Which platforms does it work on?: Twitch today. TikTok is built — chat commands on both platforms, plus gift reactions, which are a TikTok-only feature — but the relay that reads a TikTok LIVE is not deployed yet, so nothing TikTok fires on your stream right now. YouTube and Kick aren’t supported yet.
Do you take a cut of my gifts or subs?: No. Gift and subscription money is yours and it never touches us — we can’t take a cut even if we wanted to, because the money never passes through our system. We make money one way: the Pro subscription. There is no coin economy, no payouts and no revenue share.
What do I actually get for free?: A game you can genuinely run a segment on. Every game, on Twitch, every course and question bank, all the gift reactions, test mode, and a leaderboard for the session. Pro adds live AI — commentary that reacts to the real race, quiz questions on any theme you type, and a boss that talks back — plus leaderboards that survive between streams, your brand colour, higher player caps and a smaller on-screen mark.
Can I cancel any time?: Yes, self-serve, from your account page — it opens the Stripe billing portal and you cancel there in two clicks. No email, no retention call. You keep Pro until the end of the period you already paid for, then drop back to Free with everything still working.
How does it get on my stream?: As an OBS Browser Source. You configure a game in the dashboard, copy the URL it gives you, and paste it into a new Browser Source at 1920×1080. That’s the whole setup. There’s a transparent mode if you want it composited over your scene rather than filling it.
Will it slow down my stream?: It shouldn’t. Everything runs in the browser source and stays at 60fps even with a full field, and it does nothing expensive until it’s connected. There is no game server, so there is nothing to lag.
Are you affiliated with Twitch or TikTok?: No. StreamerGames.io is an unofficial third-party tool. We’re not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Twitch, Amazon, or TikTok.
Can chat ruin it?: We plan for that. Names are profanity-filtered before they go on screen, each viewer is rate-limited, duplicate and bot messages are dropped, gifts are debounced against combo spam, and the games with rosters cap how many players can be in at once. A hostile room is an expected condition, not an edge case.
