Terms of Service

Last updated 4 September 2026

You pay for a subscription to software that runs games in your stream. You keep every penny your viewers spend on gifts and subs — we never touch that. You can cancel any time and keep Pro until the period you paid for ends. TikTok support depends on an interface TikTok does not publish, so it is offered as best-effort.

1. Who these terms are with

StreamerGames.io (“the Service”) is operated by Ascella Studios LLC, of Watertown, Wisconsin, USA (“we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these terms.

If you are using the Service on behalf of a company or organisation, you confirm you are authorised to accept these terms for it.

2. Your account

You sign in with Twitch. You are responsible for what happens under your account and for keeping access to your Twitch account secure. You must be old enough to hold a Twitch account and to enter a contract where you live.

Your OBS Browser Source URL contains a token that identifies your setup. Treat it as private: anyone who has it can display your overlay. It does not grant access to your account, your billing details, or your Twitch credentials.

3. Free and Pro

The Free tier is a complete, working product — real games, on your real stream, for as long as you like. It uses bundled game content, keeps scores only in your own browser source (never on our servers), applies lower participant caps on the games that have them, and displays a prominent StreamerGames.io mark.

Pro adds live AI hosting, leaderboards that persist between streams, your brand colour, higher caps, and a smaller attribution mark. The attribution mark is reduced on Pro but never removed entirely; that is a condition of using the Service on either tier.

Which features belong to which tier is enforced on our servers. Editing the OBS URL does not unlock Pro features.

4. Billing

Pro is a recurring subscription billed in advance through Stripe. Prices are shown on the pricing page and include the billing interval. Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each period until you cancel.

We do not receive or store your card number. Payment details are handled entirely by Stripe.

If a payment fails, we may retry it and may suspend Pro features until payment succeeds. Your saved setups are not deleted when this happens.

If we change the price, we will tell you before the change takes effect, and you can cancel before being charged the new amount.

5. Cancelling

You can cancel at any time from your account page, which opens the Stripe billing portal. There is no cancellation fee and no notice period.

Cancelling stops the next renewal. You keep Pro features until the end of the period you have already paid for, and then move to the Free tier. Your account, saved setups and OBS URLs continue to work on Free.

6. Refunds

If the Service does not work as described and we cannot fix it for you, contact us within 14 days of the charge and we will refund that period in full.

Outside that, payments already made are generally non-refundable, because a subscription period that has been used cannot be un-used. We would rather you cancelled early than paid for something you are not using.

Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer law where you live, including any statutory right to cancel a recently purchased digital service.

To request a refund, email hello@ascellastudios.com.

7. Your viewers

Your viewers do not create accounts and we do not ask them for anything. They take part by sending a chat message or a gift on a platform they are already using.

Because the games display viewer names on your stream, you are responsible for moderating your own chat. We filter names for profanity and apply rate limits and participant caps, but we cannot moderate your community for you.

8. Gifts and subscriptions are yours

We never take a share of gifts, subscriptions, bits, or any other income from your channel. There is no in-game currency, no payout system, and no wallet. Money your viewers spend is between them, you, and the platform they spent it on.

Gifts are read only as a signal to trigger an effect in a game. We cannot see, hold or move your earnings.

9. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • use the Service to harass, target or endanger anyone;
  • attempt to bypass entitlement checks, participant caps, or rate limits, or to access another user’s account or setup;
  • resell, sublicense or rebrand the Service as your own, or remove the attribution mark;
  • automate abusive traffic against the Service, including scripted chat floods intended to degrade it for others;
  • use the Service in a way that breaks Twitch’s or TikTok’s rules.

We may suspend or close accounts that do these things. Where it is reasonable to do so, we will tell you why first.

10. Twitch and TikTok

We are an independent tool. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Twitch, Amazon, or TikTok.

Twitch chat is read using Twitch’s own public interface. TikTok support is provided on a best-effort basis: it relies on an interface TikTok does not publish or support, and it can stop working at any time, without notice, through no fault of ours. We build the product so that a TikTok outage affects TikTok only and leaves your Twitch games and the rest of the Service running, but we cannot guarantee TikTok features will be available, and Pro is not sold on the basis that they will be.

11. Availability

We aim to keep the Service running but do not promise uninterrupted availability. Games run in your browser, so a brief problem with our servers does not usually interrupt a game already on screen.

We may change, add or remove features. If we remove something significant that Pro is sold on, we will give you reasonable notice and you may cancel.

12. Content and ownership

We own the Service, its code, and its artwork. You get a licence to use it to run games on your streams while your account is in good standing.

You own your streams and your recordings. You may monetise, clip and publish streams and videos containing the games, including commercially — that is what the Service is for, and the attribution mark must remain visible in them.

Your configuration and your leaderboard data belong to you. You can export or delete them by contacting us.

13. Liability

The Service is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we exclude implied warranties and are not liable for lost revenue, lost viewers, lost data, or other indirect losses arising from using the Service.

Where we are liable, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. If a change materially affects your rights, we will notify account holders by email or in the dashboard before it takes effect. Continuing to use the Service after that means you accept the updated terms.

15. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin, USA, and disputes will be heard there.
