What it is
Chat types !join and a duck with their name drops into the river. When the lobby closes they race a course that is generated fresh every single time — rapids that shuffle the pack, a fork where the two channels are genuinely different, whirlpools that eat a leader whole.
It runs itself. You drop one URL into OBS and go back to playing. The race lasts about two minutes on the default setting, which is long enough to build a story and short enough to run between matches.
Everything that happens is fair and provable: the course is generated from a seed, both fork channels are worth exactly the same progress, and a duck can never gain ground by drifting sideways. Chaos comes from the river, not from the maths.
